I didn't get the confirmation email
Give it a few minutes, then look in spam and promotions. Still nothing? Sign up again with the same address to send a new one, or write to us from that address and we'll sort it out.
How do I get a copy of my data or delete it?
A copy: in Settings, open Your data and choose Export activity log. You get a file of your tasks and of what you started and finished, and when. For a copy of everything synced to your account, write to us.
Delete it: in the app, open Profile and choose Delete account. Your account and everything it synced are deleted for good. Or write to us from your account's email and we'll do it for you.
How do I turn off the AI?
In Settings, open Language and voice and switch off AI help. From then on nothing more goes to the AI: Nura reads what you type on your device, suggestions come from your device's own rules, and you write a project's first move yourself. Switch it back on there any time.
What does the AI see?
Only what a feature needs, and only after you allow it: a sentence your device wasn't sure about, today's open tasks for suggestions, a numbers-only summary of your week, or a project's goal and steps when you plan it. Never your full history, and it's never used to train AI models. The privacy policy lists exactly what each feature sends.
Where are reminders and my calendar?
They're iPhone features: reminders are set on the phone, and the calendar is read on the phone. They come with the iPhone app; on the web, Nura can't send reminders or see your calendar.
